Cybex Treadmills, Out of Order Message

The Out of Order message can appear on your Cybex treadmill 2 ways that are not related to an error condition.

1. The Dormant Mode has been set to Out of Order. This is done if the treadmill is down for maintenance or service, parts may be on order for repair, etc.
2. Out of Order can appear if the power is cycled too fast, between 2 to 5 seconds. The drive issues a Low Voltage condition as it slowly powers down causing Out of Order to be shown on the display. This is not an error and it is not logged. If the unit powers up before the drive completes the power-down sequence, the Out of Order will remain on the screen when no actual error condition exists. Resetting power correctly will reset the console and eliminate the Out of Order message.
