The Schwinn indoor cycle bike model IC2, SKU/Serial 100233, has been on the market since about 2013. This bike is no longer produced with limited distribution.
The MFG considers the bottom bracket as part of the frame. Per the MFG, in the event the bottom bracket fails, the bike needs replacing.
The bike's warranty status determines if this is an out-of-pocket expense.
