Item is Out of Stock Available for Backorder

We work hard to keep the parts and accessories you need for your fitness machines ready to ship. Sometimes, we run out of stock. If you see an item that says 'Out of Stock Available for Backorder', this means you can purchase the item. Below are the details of how your order gets handled when you have an item on backorder.

Orders Placed Online, You have 3 options:

    1. By default, we ship all in-stock items today and then ship the backorder item(s) once received in our warehouse. There may be additional shipping charges for backorder parts.
    2. We hold the order until all items arrive and then ship the order complete. Please contact us with your order number.
    3. The backorder item(s) can be removed from the cart. You can order the backorder item(s) next time. Your order can be shipped complete today. If you already placed the order and would like to remove the backorder, please contact us with your order number.

Orders Placed via Customer Service

    1. We advise you of a backorder item and allow you to choose to hold the order for all items to be in stock and ship complete or to partially ship the in-stock items immediately. There may be additional shipping charges for backorder parts.
    2. The backorder item(s) can be removed from the order. We can place a separate order for the backorder item(s).
