Do you need to replace the activity zone on your LifeFitness 95T treadmill? Sportsmith has the parts you need and can help you to fix your machine. You do not have to be a technician or have a degree to replace the activity zone. This is one of the easier parts to replace on your machine. The steps to replace the activity zone are the same for treadmills with a 12-pin or a 9-pin setup.

Procedure:
- Begin by removing power from the machine. Flip the treadmill power switch into the off position. Unplug the unit from the wall outlet.
- Your LifeFitness 95T elevation series treadmill has a bezel access cover. This cover is below the ergo handlebar and activity zone. This cover gives you easy access to all the cable connections. Identify and remove this bezel access cover.
Caution
Be gentle with the cables and do not tug or pull unnecessarily. Practice caution to prevent damage to cables and cable connections.
- Remove the two screws holding the activity zone to the ergo handlebar assembly. You may need a flashlight to view the screws. Save the screws to install the new activity zone.
- Carefully disconnect the activity zone cables from the console board. Carefully disconnect the ribbon cable for the keypad. Carefully disconnect the safety key switch cable.
- Install the new activity zone and carefully connect the cables. Carefully connect the ribbon cable for the keypad to the console board. Carefully connect the safety switch cable to the console board.
- Re-install the two screws that hold the activity zone to the ergo handlebar assembly.
- Re-install the bezel access cover.
You have replaced the activity zone on a LifeFitness 95T elevation series treadmill. Great Job!
