Garmin Rally Pedals, How to Manually Calibrate with a Garmin Cycling Computer or Watch

Learn the steps of how to manually calibrate your Garmin Rally bike pedals with a Garmin cycling computer or watch.

Begin by activating the pedals. Rotate them a few times to engage the power meter. Unclip from the pedals.

Turn the crank arms a few times to wake up the pedals.

  1. From the paired device (head unit) or watch, get into the paired sensors menu and select the power meter once it is connected.
    * For Garmin Edge with Touchscreen, the hamburger menu, select Sensors and choose your power meter.
    * For Garmin Edge with Button Controls, scroll down to Menu - Settings - Sensors and choose your power meter.
    * For Garmin Watch, press and hold the left middle button, Settings - Sensors & Accessories and choose your power meter.
  2. Select Calibration and follow the instructions provided. Most system screens will be something like what the Garmin Edge 1050 displays in the provided example. Low negative or positive values displayed on the screen after calibration are normal.
