Solutions for Common Issues:

Difficult Removal or Installation of the Flex Pack Weight Plates

  • Make sure the flex pack weight plate is evenly in place and there is no gap behind the bottom edge of the pack.

White Powder from the Flex Pack Weight Plates

  • Reported white powder residue is a natural byproduct resulting from the wear of the weight plate. This is a natural occurrence and not a condition that needs to be addressed.

Cracking or Cracked Flex Pack Weight Plates

  • The weight plate needs to be replaced. Order the flex pack weight plate to replace the cracked plate.
    • As of April 2025, replacement plates are no longer available per Bowflex and no substitutes.

Broken Bands

  • The band is part of the flex pack weight plate. Elastic resistance degrades over time and repetitive wear. The weight plate needs to be replaced. Order the flex pack weight plate to replace the plate with a broken band.
    • As of April 2025, replacement plates are no longer available per Bowflex and no substitutes.
