Probable Cause
- Interruption or spike in power.
- Poor connection or damaged power cord.
- The On/Off switch is bad.
- The motor controller is bad.
Corrective Action
- Reset power to the unit at the On/Off switch.
- Inspect power cord and repair if damaged or replace any poor connections.
- Replace the On/Off switch.
- Test unit with a known good motor controller. Replace the motor controller if necessary.
