LifeFitness 9100 Classic Treadmill Lift Control Error

Probable Cause

1. Unit intermittently stuck in up position
2. Jammed in up position and 3 amp breaker tripped.
3. The unit will not lift and the 3 amp breaker tripped.

Corrective Action

1. Press 9, 1, 9, ENTER then press INCLINE DOWN. Check all connections at the CPU control board and for the presence of suppressor board
2. Inspect the 3 amp circuit breaker. Inspect all connections at the CPU control board and suppressor board.
   1. Reset 3 amp breaker. Press 9, 1, 9, ENTER, and then press INCLINE DOWN.
3. Inspect all connections at the CPU control board and suppressor board. Inspect home switch for smooth operation and inspect home switch cable for damage and poor connections.
   1. Replace the damaged cable or reset bad connections and re-test the unit.
