Waxer Unplugged Error on LifeFitness 9700, 9100 and 9500 Next Gen Treadmills

Probable Cause

  1. Defective wire harness or Wax Motor.

Corrective Action

  1. Cycle motor in waxer manual mode in diagnostics and verify 120VAC at the P6 connector on Wax/Lift PCB.
    1. If voltage exists, verify that the cable from the Wax/Lift PCB to the wax motor has continuity.
      1. If continuity exists, replace the wax motor.
      2. If no continuity, replace the wire harness.
    2. If no voltage exists, replace the Wax/Lift PCB.
