Probable Cause

  1. Dust and/or dirt clogging the fan.
  2. Fan connector disconnected at lower PCA.
  3. Damaged fan wiring or fan connector.
  4. Faulty fan.

Corrective Action

  1. Inspect fan and clean if necessary.
  2. Reconnect fan connector.
  3. Replace lower PCA.
  4. Replace lower PCA.
