Probable Cause
This usually indicates a problem with the upper PCA when the error is continually displayed. Failures that cause this error to display are rare.
Corrective Action
If the error continually displays when the unit is turned on, the upper PCA needs to be replaced. This message could display intermittently due to external causes such as the unit operating on a non-dedicated AC circuit or if the unit's AC input considerably drops during the power-up test sequence causing the test to fail.
