Probable Cause
- Faulty headphones
- Faulty headphone jack
- Faulty cable to Headphone jack assembly
- Air/cable setting may not be correct
- Power applied prior to video hookup
Corrective Action
- Replace headphones.
- Replace headphone jack assembly.
- Replace the headphone jack cable.
- Follow the set up procedures in the operators' manual.
- Power down, install video and follow channel instruction.
