Frozen Pedals in Top Position on Stairmaster Steppers

  1. Remove the alternator belt. If pedals drop, the problem is in the alternator. IF NOT,
  2. Remove the drive chain, If pedals drop, the problem is in transmission, IF NOT,
  3. The problem is in the hub assembly. Replace the drive hub assembly.
