Procedure
- Press SHIFT and SPEED DOWN until D1 appears.
- Press START three times to select D4.
- Press and hold the DOWN ARROW until the treadmill stops then slightly rises.
- Press the SPEED DOWN and this will set the lower limit.
- Press and hold the UP ARROW until the treadmill stops then slightly lowers.
- Press the SPEED UP and this will set the upper limit.
