Procedure
- Press ENTER and STOP at the same time and hold for 5 seconds until the number appears.
- Press and hold the DOWN ARROW until the treadmill stops then rise slightly.
- Press ENTER and DOWN ARROW at the same time, this will set the lower limit.
- Press and hold the UP ARROW until the treadmill stops then lower slightly.
- Press ENTER and UP ARROW at the same time, this will set the upper limit.
