Outer Link Cover Replacement Video for LifeFitness 95Xi Crosstrainer

This video shows the steps involved in the replacement of the outer link cover on a LifeFitness Crosstrainer 95Xi.

Tools Required:

  • Phillips Screwdriver

Procedure:

  1. Begin by removing the main shroud as seen in the Sportsmith removal procedure.
  2. Remove the (6) Phillips screws that secure the outer link cover to the inner link cover.
    1. There are 3 screws at the top and 3 at the bottom
  3. Install the new cover in reverse order.
  4. This completes the replacement of the outer link cover on the 95Xi crosstrainer.
