PCB Replacement Video for the LifeFitness Crosstrainer 95Xi

This video covers the steps for replacing the PCB (Power Control Board) on a LifeFitness 95Xi

Tools:

  • Phillips Screwdriver

Procedure:

  1. Remove the main shroud as seen in the removal procedure
  2. Identify and tag the wiring at the PCB and then disconnect the cables from the board
  3. Remove the (4) screws securing the power control board to the drive module
  4. Install the new board in reverse order
  5. Reconnect all wiring to the proper connections on the PCB
  6. This completes the replacement of the PCB (power control board) on the LifeFitness 95Xi crosstrainer
