Probable Cause
- Faulty or poor cable connection at the LPCA
- Magnet missing from the crank arm
- Magnet poles may possibly be reversed
- Vertical Sensor is defective 5. LPCA is defective
Corrective Action
- Check to ensure the Vertical Sensor cable connector is secure on the LPCA
- Verify the magnet is present in the crank arm
- Flip the magnet over in the crank to reverse the poles
- Test the unit with a known good Vertical Sensor
- Test the unit with a known good LPCA
