Information regarding your common carrier shipment

When your palletized Common Carrier Shipment arrives, you MUST count and inspect ALL packages BEFORE signing off on the delivery receipt. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN ANY DAMAGES OR LOST ITEMS BEING YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

We cannot file a claim with the trucking company if this information is not noted on the delivery receipt at the time the delivery is made. (If the truck driver gets impatient, make sure you still count and inspect first and then inform us of any problems you may have experienced with the driver.) Common Carrier companies charge extra fees for any additional services you need, including:

Please make sure that you discuss these services with your sales rep at the time of your parts order or quote.

  • Lift Gate (no receiving dock or forklift at your location)
  • Inside pick-up or delivery
  • Notification Fee
  • Re-delivery
  • Storage until delivery
  • Delivery to Military bases
  • High-security areas
