My order never arrived, what do I do?

To review recent order history, go to, sign in to your account. At the top of the screen, your name will be displayed. Click on the drop-down window and click on Your Orders. The orders for the last 30 days will be displayed. If the order was placed outside of that range, you can change the Date Range or set a custom date range.

The status column will display the status of each order. To track a shipment, click on the order you want to track, in the Order Details section you will see the tracking number(s) of the shipment. Click on the tracking number to see the delivery details.
