• Our FREE SHIPPING offers only apply to the 48 contiguous states.  This does not include Alaska or Hawaii.
• No free shipping for International orders.
• We may offer free shipping on palletized items, see additional restrictions for palletized shipments below.
• This offer applies only to items marked as Free Shipping; Freight will be charged for any other items.
• No expedited shipping will be offered for free shipping items.

Free Shipping Restrictions for Palletized Shipments

The FREE SHIPPING offer is for shipping only without any additional services added to the delivery. The customer will be responsible for removing the pallet and or items off of the delivery truck and into their facility

Additional services can be added to the shipment at the customer's expense. Please contact our customer service department (888.713.2880) for help with these services. They are:

• Inside Delivery
• Residential
• High-Security area (gov't or military)
• Liftgate

Please be aware that the recipient must note any missing or damaged items for the shipment on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. No replacements will be sent to the customer unless the issue is noted
